Below are common sign-in scenarios and what to expect when accessing Picaflor:
Scenario 1: You Have a Sunshine Bouquet Email and Already Exist in the System
What happens:
If your Sunshine Bouquet email (e.g., jsmith@sunshinebouquet.com) is already on file, just click "Sign in". After entering your password and multi-factor authentication (if prompted), you’ll be signed in and taken to the Picaflor home page.
Good to know:
If you're already logged in to Microsoft on your computer, no extra steps are needed—you’ll be signed in automatically.
Scenario 2: You Don’t Have a Sunshine Bouquet Email
What happens:
If you don’t have a company email address, click “I don’t have a email account” on the login page. You’ll be asked to enter your Picaflor username, password, and contact details.
What next:
Your request will be sent to IT to create a Microsoft account for you. You’ll see a confirmation message once your request is submitted.
Scenario 3: You Have a Company Email, But It’s Not Linked to Your Picaflor Account
Option A: System Finds a Match (Auto-Mapping Works)
If your company email matches your username in Picaflor (e.g., "jsmith" in both cases), the system will link your email automatically and log you in. A notification is sent to IT, and your record will be updated.
Option B: System Doesn’t Find a Match (Auto-Mapping Fails)
If your email doesn't match your Picaflor username (e.g., jsmith@sunshinebouquet.com vs. johns), you’ll see a message about the mismatch. You’ll need to log in using your existing Picaflor username and password. After that, your account will be linked to your company email for future sign-ins.
Scenario 4: You’re Using a Shared or Service Account That Already Has a Company Email
What happens:
If your shared or service account (like "inventory@sunshinebouquet.com") already has an email in the system, just click "Sign in with Microsoft" and you’ll be signed in automatically.
Note: If you're signing in from a device not connected to the company network (like a hand scanner), you’ll need to manually enter your login info.
Scenario 5: You’re Using a Shared or Service Account Without a Company Email
What happens:
If your shared account doesn’t have a company email linked, click “I don’t have a Microsoft account” and enter your Picaflor credentials. A request will be sent to IT to set up a Microsoft account for you, and you’ll see a confirmation message.
Scenario 6: You Have a Company Email but No Picaflor Account
What happens:
If you click "Sign in with Microsoft" but don’t yet have a Picaflor user account, you’ll be redirected back to the regular login screen. This is normal behavior for anyone not yet added to the system.
